Shoulder Pain

Shoulder pain can significantly disrupt daily activities and impact your quality of life. It is important to effectively manage shoulder pain to find relief and restore functionality. At our clinic, we specialize in diagnosing and treating shoulder pain, providing personalized care to help patients regain comfort and mobility.

To effectively manage shoulder pain, we begin by conducting a thorough evaluation to determine the underlying cause. Shoulder pain can stem from various factors, including rotator cuff injuries, frozen shoulder, tendinitis, bursitis, osteoarthritis, or shoulder impingement.
Once the cause is identified, we develop individualized treatment plans tailored to each patient’s specific needs. Conservative treatments may include a combination of medication for pain control, physical therapy to strengthen the shoulder muscles and improve stability, and rest and ice applications to reduce inflammation.
Physical therapy often plays a key role in shoulder pain management. Specific exercises and rehabilitation techniques are used to improve range of motion, strengthen the surrounding muscles, and restore functionality. In some cases, corticosteroid injections may be recommended to reduce inflammation and provide additional pain relief.
For more severe cases or when conservative treatments are not sufficient, surgical options  may be considered to repair damaged structures and alleviate pain.
Throughout the treatment process, our team provides comprehensive support and guidance. We educate patients on proper shoulder care, body mechanics, and posture to promote long-term shoulder health and prevent future injuries.
