While we do try to manage conditions conservatively there are occasions when surgery is needed, here we can guide you and give an opinion if surgery is needed and the necessary timing of surgery. Complete ACL tears are usually treated with an ACL reconstruction surgery, in which the torn ligament is replaced with a tissue graft to mimic the natural ACL. We then liaise with Physiotherapists, , orthopedic surgeons , radiologist and physicians and collaborate to determine the best option for each patient.
Usually rotator cuff injuries don’t need surgery and are managed conservatively. However rarely surgery is needed then we liaise with Physiotherapists , orthopedic surgeons , radiologist to determine the best option for each patient.
We usually manage shoulder dislocations conservatively liaising with Physiotherapists, orthopedic surgeons and radiologists. However, if recurrent surgery may be needed. Here we will help you with your decision.
